Our History
Foundation & Growth
Founded in 2013 as a former partnership. Moved operations to the cloud in 2016 for enhanced security and sophistication. Pat Kenney joined as Audit and Assurance Partner. Expanded staff to 25 people by 2019 and relocated to a modern 6,500 square foot space in Mississauga.
Recognition & Advancements
Achieved second place recognition for new audit engagements. Bryon Smith joined as HR Leader in 2021, prioritizing people and culture for the firm. Established a Culture Committee in 2021. Doubled staff size to 50. Sarb Cheema, Partner received the honorary Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee Pin. Received Globe and Mail Fastest Growing Company Award in 2022.
Expansion & Diversification
Expanded tax services to include US, international, and more in 2023. Enhanced Culture Committee with sub-committees focused on wellness, diversity inclusion, and community/volunteerism. Welcomed Tony Massad as the first Principal member in 2023, adding leadership and expertise. Received Globe and Mail Fastest Growing Company Award for a second year in a row.
