Life at Clearhouse LLP

Internal Clearhouse LLP Committees

We have established cross-functional groups of employees that are responsible for promoting and driving our unique culture.

These committees ensure that the firm considers employees’ perspectives when making important decisions that affect them. Some of the goals of our committees include developing culture communication and sustainability strategies, well-being and wellness, diversity & inclusion, and community involvement and volunteerism.

“Committee work is an excellent vehicle to deliver and achieve professional development – whether it be gaining impact and influencing skills, practicing facilitation and gaining presentation skills, and honing cross-collaboration and leadership abilities.”

Clearhouse LLP in the Community

We take our commitment to community seriously and support the communities where we work and live.

Eden Food for Change is committed to increasing access to good food in a dignified manner, developing food skills to encourage healthy eating and empowering the community through education, outreach, and advocacy.

Our annual food drive helps people struggling with hunger and poverty. This is one way we are making a difference in our community.

To learn more about how to fight hunger and support our local community, contact Eden Food for Change.

This is our team of over 40 volunteers who took part in a group cooking class to prepare healthy food. Our team spent 6 hours in the kitchen cooking meals, creating portions, and then packing them for Eden Food for Change. Our cooking class produced over 400+ meals!

“As a local resident of the GTA raising a young family, I understand the critical role Eden Food for Change plays. As a local business owner, I want to give back to our community and our neighbours who need it most”
